Everything is still progressing on track although the Storm Prediction Center has upped the severe potential just a bit. We are now in the Enhanced area threat (left panel) and we are also in the 10 percent tornado threat area (right panel).
Timing…scattered showers and thunderstorms could develop at any time out ahead of the main line which is still back in TN into AL. The main line should be knocking on the door somewhere in the 5-6pm(ish) time frame. Primary severe threat are strong winds with the possibility of an isolated tornado.
